Made in Japan, this cuoca x CHIYODA ring mold has six standard ring-shaped cavities for savarin, baked doughnuts, and similar sweets. The curves are precisely formed for a clean finished shape. The quarter-size sheet is made for household ovens and uses the same tin-plated steel and silicone coating used for professional pastry molds.
