Japanese-made cuoca x CHIYODA bread pan developed with Chiyoda Metal Industry. This 1.5-loaf pan brings the specifications used for professional bread molds into a size suitable for home ovens. The tin-plated steel sheet with silicone coating does not require dry baking and is intended to help transfer oven heat efficiently to bread dough.
