This Japanese-made cuoca x CHIYODA baking mold creates twelve paw-pad-shaped cakes. Made with the same tin-plated steel and silicone coating described for professional pastry molds, it is sized for home ovens while using a quarter French sheet footprint. The shaped cavities are designed for a cute finish that can be served plain or decorated after baking.
