A 12-cavity mini muffin mold made in Japan in collaboration with Chiyoda Metal Industry. The quarter-sheet size is designed for home ovens while using the same material and coating specified for professional pastry molds. The silicone-coated tin-plated steel supports good heat transfer and easy release when prepared with spray oil.
