Product Description

A Japanese-made metal baking mold for six mini kugelhopf cakes. The cavities are formed to reproduce the ridged shape of traditional Alsatian kugelhopf in a small size, giving the finished cakes clearly defined lines. The mold is a quarter French-sheet size for use in many home ovens and is made with CHIYODA tin-plated steel and a silicone coating.
