Product Description

Japanese-made cuoca x CHIYODA original metal baking mold for 12 mini financiers. Developed with Chiyoda Metal Industry, it is designed for thin financier-style baked cakes where heat transfer and shape definition are important. The mold uses tin-plated steel with a silicone coating to support release after baking when the cavities are properly prepared with oil.

Care
