A Japanese-made metal mold for baking 12 mini coquille-shaped madeleines. The shell cavities are formed with deep lines to give the baked cakes a clear coquille pattern. This quarter French-sheet size mold is designed for home oven use and is made with the listed CHIYODA tin-plated steel and silicone coating for good heat transfer and release when properly prepared.
