Made in Japan, this cuoca x CHIYODA marron cake mold bakes six rounded chestnut-shaped cakes. The quarter-size sheet is intended to fit household ovens while using the same material and coating specified for professional pastry molds. The silicone-coated tin-plated steel provides good release when the mold is prepared with spray oil.
