Product Description

This Japanese-made metal baking mold was developed as an original cuoca x CHIYODA item with Chiyoda Metal Industry. It forms six individual financier cakes in a home-oven-friendly quarter French sheet size. The tin-plated steel body with silicone coating is intended to help release baked cakes cleanly when used with oil as directed.
