Japanese-made cuoca x CHIYODA original coquille mold for 6 scallop-shell-style madeleines. Developed with Chiyoda Metal Industry, the cavities are shaped to produce pronounced shell lines in baked cakes. The tin-plated steel body with silicone coating is intended to provide efficient heat transfer and reliable release when prepared before baking.

Care
