Care

After use, let the mold cool, wash with kitchen detergent and a soft sponge, wipe off water, and dry completely before storing. Do not use metal scrubbers, polishing powder, or knives. Do not put in a dishwasher or dish dryer. Moisture and scratches can cause rust; for long-term storage, apply a thin layer of edible oil.
