Product Description

Japanese-made baton mold with ten cavities for slim stick-style baked sweets such as financiers. The tin-plated steel body has a silicone coating to support clean release when the mold is prepared with edible oil or spray oil before baking.

Care

Before first use, wash with kitchen detergent and a soft sponge, then wipe dry. Apply butter, shortening, or edible oil before use. Use in an oven only; do not use over direct heat or in a microwave. After use, let the mold cool, wash with a soft sponge and kitchen detergent, wipe thoroughly, dry completely, and store. Do not use metal scrubbers, polishing powder, or knives on the surface. Do not place in a dishwasher or dish dryer. For long-term storage, apply a thin layer of edible oil.
