Japanese-made 8-cavity shell madeleine pan created by cuoca x CHIYODA. The quarter-sheet home-oven format holds eight shell-shaped cavities, each with defined ridges for the classic madeleine shape. The tin-plated steel sheet has a silicone coating to support release after baking when the mold is prepared as directed.
