Asahi Shokuhin Asahi Ponzu 360ml
Descrizione
Product Description
Asahi Ponzu is a citrus-based ponzu soy sauce made by Asahi Shokuhin Co., Ltd., a food producer founded in 1948 and based in Yao City, Osaka Prefecture. First launched in 1967, Asahi Ponzu has long been a familiar seasoning in Osaka households, and Asahi Shokuhin describes it as "a connoisseur's taste refined through meticulous dedication." It has also been featured on Japanese television as a well-known Osaka specialty condiment.
This is a fully seasoned ponzu, made mainly from the pure juice of sudachi, yukou, and yuzu — citrus varieties grown in Tokushima Prefecture — blended with soy sauce, bonito flakes, and Rishiri kelp for a rounded, well-balanced flavor. Shake well before use; no dilution needed.
Enjoy it year-round with hot pot dishes, grilled or pan-fried meat and fish, vinegared dishes, and as a dipping sauce for gyoza.
